"Cold pack arrived warm"
My order was supposed to stay cool, but cold pack was barely chilled by the time it got here. The box felt warm too, and I really didn’t feel comfortable using the item after that. I reached out to customer service, but they basically just said shipping can vary. Disappointed with whole experience.

"Canceling Autoship Felt Like a Chore"
I signed up for Autoship thinking it would be convenient, but it turned into more of a headache than anything. Trying to cancel felt way harder than it should have, almost like I had to beg just to stop something I no longer wanted. By the end, I was resentful about the whole experience.

"Got the wrong item in my order"
I ordered a few pet supplies, and of course the one item I actually needed most ended up being wrong when the box arrived. The packing slip showed the correct item, so I don’t know where the mix-up happened, but I was already behind on errands that week, so it felt extra frustrating.

Customer service did get back to me, but it took a little while, and I had to send over info and wait around for the next steps. I get that mistakes happen, and maybe I was just impatient because I needed it right away, but it was still annoying to deal with

"Frustrating delivery experience"
I’m only sharing this because it actually happened. I had a delivery issue, and what made it more annoying was how unclear the communication was throughout the whole process. I kept getting vague updates and never really knew what was going on or when my order would actually arrive. A little clearer information would’ve made the situation way less frustrating.

"A bit pricey for what I got"
I did end up finding what I needed, so that part was fine! But the prices felt a little high compared to other pet sites I’ve used. Then shipping got added on top, and it just made the total feel less worth it. Not a bad experience overall... just didn’t really feel like the best value for me...

I tried ordering from Revival Animal Health the website was frustrating to deal with. The pages were loading slowly, the search wasn’t pulling up what I needed, and checkout kept making me double-check things I’d already entered. At first I thought maybe I was just being impatient, but no, the whole process was just a hassle. I ended up giving up after a while. Definitely not a great experience.

"Meds really didn’t help like I hoped"
I ordered medication from revivalanimal.com for my dog, and the shipping was fine overall. It showed up in a reasonable amount of time, so I really didn’t have any complaints about that part.

The issue was that the medicine just didn’t seem to do much for him. I followed the directions and gave it a few days, but his symptoms barely changed, so I ended up calling my local vet anyway.

Maybe it works better for other pets, but for us it really felt like money wasted. The site itself wasn’t terrible, I just didn’t get the results I was hoping for.

I’m not saying the site is a straight-up scam, but it definitely gave me sketchy vibes. Some of the info was missing or way too vague, and that kind of sloppy nonsense doesn’t exactly make me want to hand over my money. I’d need much clearer details before buying from them.

I ordered a few pet supplies from revivalanimal.com, the quality was sorta disappointing. One of the items felt cheap as soon as I took it out of the box, and another one didn’t really work the way it was supposed to. For what I paid, I expected a bit better. Maybe I just got unlucky with my order, but I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

The site itself was easy to use, and I actually liked what I found while shopping. Everything seemed straightforward until I got to checkout and saw how much the shipping added to the total.
the delivery cost felt way too high and made the whole order not really worth it for me. It was frustrating because I was ready to buy, but I ended up backing out. Maybe it works better for others, and I did like the browsing experience, but the shipping price would make me think twice before ordering again.

I ordered medication that was supposed to stay cold, so I kind of expected the cold pack to actually be cold when it arrived. Silly me, I guess. By the time the package got here, the pack was warm and the packaging felt cheap overall. Not exactly confidence-inspiring when it’s something important like meds. I won’t be taking that chance again.

"Didn't do anything for my dog"
I tried this supplement with my dog for about 3 weeks and didn’t notice any change at all. I kept thinking, why is this so complicated if it’s supposed to help? Unfortunately, it just wasn’t worth the money for us. Disappointed.

I had an issue with my order, and getting a straight answer took way longer than it should have. I had to follow up more than once just to figure out what was going on, which felt ridiculous.
To be fair, they did eventually fix the problem, so I appreciate that. But the whole process was slow, frustrating, and more stressful than it needed to be. I’m not sure I’d order from them again unless I really had to

I reached out to the breeder for support and waited a few days to hear back. To be fair, they did eventually respond, but I still didn’t get a clear or helpful answer to my question. It was frustrating because I was hoping for more guidance.
